WZ Investigative Interviewing Courses
WZ's online course is aimed at Loss Prevention, Human Resources/Employee Relations and Public Safety (Police/Military). Self-paced with interactions, review questions after each module, sample interview video, voice over and a final exam. A passing score of 90 % or better allows you to print a WZ certificate of completion immediately from the site.
Each course covers proven WZ methods…how to set up for an interview, developing rapport, over-coming denials, use of rationalizations, interpretation of behavior, expanding the admission, statement writing, and more.
Failed a final exam? No problem, the course shows you what questions you missed, allows you to go back and review modules before taking the final exam again. Our goal is to have you learn the material, not fail you.
The WZ Academy allows you 90 days to complete each course. Time starts when you open the course. If you need more time, just reach out and we can assist.
